HORRIBLE SYSTEM FOR CLIENTS TO USE!#72

I am the Client. I signed 3 proposals from our Vendor and NONE of the signed, accepted proposals are showing up on the platform. VERY CONFUSING! NOT USER FRIENDLY! NO ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!!
